Rate is per person based on two people in a private room with private bath.

Rate is per person based on three people in a private room with private bath. Most triple rooms have one Queen bed and one Twin bed.

$1,000 Deposit due per guest at registration.

50% of outstanding balance due April 1, 2025.

The remaining balance is due June 1, 2025.

Cancellation Policy -

Cancel before April 1, 2025 - 100% Refund
April 1 - May 31, 2025 - 50% Refund
June 1 or later, 2025 - No Refund unless we resell your seat, in which case we will refund 100%.
